At VG trendshop, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, below we explain our return policy.
Deadline for Returns:
You have 7 days from the moment you receive your order to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
Conditions of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

They must include all original labels, packaging, and accessories.

Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email info@vgtrendshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including the shipping address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error on our part (damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
Replacements

VG trendshop only replaces items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@vgtrendshop.com Defective or Damaged Items

If for any reason we do not have the current item in stock, we will give you credit to purchase something different from VG Trend Shop stock.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact VG trendshop within 7 days of receiving the order.
